1. What did you learn about "lifelong wellness" from taking this General Education class?

 

First of all, I love Zumba! I'm a "Zumbarolic". I love keeping fit and this course taught me some new skills and names of steps and dance didn't know. I also learned some skills that I can continue to practice and improve on. Zumba helps me to relax and having fun the same time, and helps to keep my body in great shape. As a result, Zumba It's a great workout! It makes me feel sexy and energized!

2. How Would you apply this information to your life?

Working out a few times a week really helps keep the stress down. I can do the whole hour. The hour goes quickly. It's giving me more confidence. Zumba is an excellent way to lose weight and increase your calorie burn. My goal for next years is continue to do Zumba and eat heartier.

 

3.What is your intention to continue to practice what you have learned in your life and why?

 I have the full intention to continue the practices Zumba. Zumba it is my hobby and it is the only time during the week I can do somenthing just for me. Having a busy schedule between  kids, school and work, I need to do something I enjoy and makes me feel happy. Zumba It gives you a great workout while having fun doing latin and hip hop dance moves. 

 

 

4.General ideas for improving this course?

 I made a list :

    Share more history about people how loses weight or whatever purpose they did Zumba in they lives.
  • Ask Student to make they own playlist and try it out.
  •  Gifts Fitness for who lose weight or accomplice they goals with Zumba.
