· I possess the ability to lead. In my team I supervised 15 associates, teaching and being a quick decision maker; sorting clothes between good, better and best. As a result we gave incredible deals and big bargains. |

· I can be organizing, for example, I divide my team in 3 groups, sorting, hanging and pricing. As a result my team provides better quality clothes in the showroom floor, making a considerable effort sorting more than 2000 clothes every day.

· I am service oriented; for example, my job is essentially a collection of service communications involving data entry from source documents, and greeting candidates and directing them to the 19 missionaries available. As a result, I provide assistance to over 20 candidates every day. |

· I am a problem solver. Some candidates have problems to completing their profile in LDSjobs.org. Which the information and help I provide to them, we are able to finish 100% of their profile. As a result their profiles are accessible to more the 2150 companies in the state of Utah. |

· I am organized, for example I completed our office inventory in just three days. I created a list of more the 100 different materials and their quantity. As a result, the office is more organize and the material is more accessible. · I am a problem solver. Some customers have problems to repair and defective jewelry. Which customer services skills I possess: I am able to resolve the problem and keep the customers coming back to the store for future promotion and repairs. As a result our customers always coming back and complete the surveys with 100% high satisfaction.
