This document it purples to file the e-Portfolio for HLAC-1000-014 class in SLCC.
I made 3 goals for this assignment. This goals I follow for a week each one and after each week I observe the results in my health, and attitude.
The first week goal: Drink 2 glasses of water every day. I decide to drink water in the morning and other glass of water at night. I follow the goal and I realize it is not a good Idea drink water before go to the bed because during the night I have to wake up to go to the bad room. It’s probably a good idea to stop drinking water a good three hours before you go to bed. You know why. Well the good thing about that is I not feel thirsty to offend, and drinking water will certainly help hydrate your body.
The Second Goal is sleep better. I did a little search for some Ideas and I discover that “Sleeping difficulty is the third most common problem reported to General Practitioners. My goal for one week is go to bed at 10pm and wake up at lease 6am.For better sleep I follow 3 steps:

Remove sleep disrupters and work on creating a sleep-center room that is comfortable, cool, quiet and dark.
- Stay on schedule, tried every day to go to sleep around 9:30pm to 10pm.
- Create relaxing habit. I decide to take a very nice and warm shower minutes before go to bed.
With all of these 3 steps I realize I can sleep and I can relax. The most thing make me relax is music and shower.
The third goal is eating in the morning. Because I was waking up too early every day, I didn’t feel hungry. And sometimes I was keeping forgetting to eat every morning. What I did: I decide to eat a fruit in the morning and about 10 am I go eat something else. I stared to make a smoothie. Smoothie every morning as part of a daily routine is perhaps is fast and you can save a lot of money doing that. I feel happy, no heavy and full.
Al the 3 goals are important with exercise and I definably will keep trying to do and make part of my routine every day. I know sometimes is hard to do with kids 2 jobs and school, but I will tried my best for that. Thank you for this Assignment!
