Lifelong Wellness Application Paper
Write a paragraph on each of the following:
1. What did you learn about "lifelong wellness" from taking this General Education class?
I learned is that my habits I have ( eating and excercise) wasn't so good for me. I learned some of the more effective ways to work out, I use the time better when I'm doing excercise too. Other thing I learned with this class is how to let my bory relax after excercise.
2. How Would you apply this information to your life?
I have already begun applying this to my life. Everything in life has to have balance. Emotion and physical, and that is what I’m looking right know. Giving to myself goals to make sure I will have a better life like:

Eating habits

Excersice 20 min. a day

relax my muscles

take feel minute to myself everyday.
3.What is your intention to continue to practice what you have learned in your life and why?
I want to continue to do excercise and search for ideas and new things to do to have a better life and live longer. Motivation is the Key for everithing in life, and organize my time and get my goals done.
4.General ideas for improving this course?
Exercise ball is an excellent tool to strengthen the abs. Have more information about classes can take in SLCC and can use one the TV's for an exercise videos or channels. Just a couple suggestions. The class was great and I really enjoy this class.
